Pero guys, iba experience ko with BPI this time. To the point na I need to share this winning moment with you all!
BPI Chat Support: From Zero to Hero in 24 Hours
Here’s the tea.
Yesterday, around lunch time (alam niyo na, peak hour!), I decided to finally face my banking fears and chat BPI.
Two things on my mind:
- Change of statement date: Kasi naman, end of the month pa due date ko, kasabay ng lahat ng bills! Gusto ko sana mas maaga para mas organized ang lola mo.
- Request for an E-Credit Card: First time ko magka-credit card, guys! Syempre, excited ako for all the shopping and rewards (manifesting!).
So there I was, fingers crossed, hoping for the best pero ready for the worst. Iniisip ko, “Baka next week pa ‘to ma-process, knowing my luck.”
BUT WAIT, PLOT TWIST!
Chineck ko kanina my BPI app (mga around noon din today, promise!), AND BOTH REQUESTS WERE ALREADY PROCESSED!
Shookt ako, beshie! 🤯
BPI Credit Card: Sana All Smooth Sailing
Ngayon, hawak ko na ang virtual version ng aking first ever BPI credit card. Feeling ko, adulting level up na ako!
Syempre, first time user here, so medyo kinakabahan pa rin ako. Sana tuloy-tuloy na ‘tong smooth sailing journey ko with BPI.
Here’s a rundown of my unexpected BPI experience (para naman may guide kayo if ever):
Day 1:
- 12:30 PM: Bravely entered the BPI chat support and requested for a change of statement date. Medyo mabagal mag-reply si ate, pero okay lang, at least may response!
- 12:45 PM: After confirming some deets (name, birthday, address, pangalan ng aso, char!), na-process na daw yung change of statement date request ko. Ang bilis!
- 1:00 PM: Since feeling lucky ako, I decided to push my luck further. Nag-inquire na rin ako about sa E-Credit Card.
- 1:15 PM: Filled out a short form (name, address, etc. again, beshie, alam mo na yan!) and sent a picture of my valid IDs.
- 1:30 PM: Tapos na usapan namin ni ate BPI representative. In less than an hour, nakadalawang requests ako! Efficiency at its finest!
Day 2 (Today):
- 12:00 PM: Checked my BPI app (just because curious lang ako!) and BOOM! My new statement date is reflected na.
- 12:05 PM: Scroll, scroll, scroll… AND THERE IT WAS! My virtual BPI Credit Card! Ang ganda! 😍
BPI, you just gained a loyal customer. Sana all banks, ganito kabilis at ka-hassle-free! 🙏
Lessons Learned from My Unforgettable BPI Encounter:
- Don’t be afraid to reach out to your bank. Minsan, akala lang natin masungit sila, pero mababait naman pala! (Or baka maswerte lang talaga ako this time? 🤔)
- BPI chat support, pwede na! Okay, hindi sila perfect. May times na mabagal mag-reply. Pero at least they get the job done, and they’re surprisingly efficient.
- Patience is key (sometimes). Hindi naman porke’t matagal mag-reply, eh wala nang pag-asa. Malay mo, biglang bumilis!
- Always check your accounts! Baka may surprise blessing ka na pala, hindi mo lang alam! (Like my approved credit card, hehe)
So there you have it! My unbelievable 24-hour BPI adventure.
Who knows, baka next time, kwento ko naman sa inyo kung gaano kabilis mag-approve ng loan applications ang BPI! Charot!
